This Alloy Steel F1 Hexagon Reducing Nipple is achieved by adding other alloying elements, such as manganese, nickel, chrome, titanium and molybdenum to the basic mix. Sachiya Steel International offers an extensive collection of Incoloy 825 Nipple, where heavy – duty lubricants should be used during cold forming. Incoloy 825 Hexagon Reducing Nipple is often used in heat exchangers, dip pipes, evaporators, scrubbers etc. in phosphoric acid production. Chromium in Incoloy 825 Hexagon Nipple gives resistance to oxidizing conditions, such as nitrates, nitric acid solutions and oxidizing salts.

Incoloy 825 One End Threaded Nipple is also used in acid production, hot vessels for food, water, and seawater. The hot – working range for Incoloy 825 Both End Threaded Nipple is 1600 Degree F to 2150 Degree F, which is further very resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Incoloy 825 Concentric Swaged Nipple is an austenitic nickel – iron – chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, titanium and copper, where the nickel content is sufficient for resistance to chloride – ion stress – corrosion cracking.

Although not fully resistant to stress – corrosion cracking in boiling magnesium chloride, Incoloy 825 Eccentric Swaged Nipple has good resistance in neutral chloride media. Incoloy 825 Nipple also has good resistance in neutral chloride media, stress – corrosion cracking and satisfactory resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 Nipple is characterized by high resistance to chloride – induced stress corrosion. Alloy 825 Hexagon Nipple is a grade that consists mainly of Nickel, Chromium and Iron but also contains Copper, Titanium and Molybdenum, and that composition provides excellent resistance to an array of corrosive environments.

Incoloy 800H Hexagon Nipple was intended for high temperature structural applications, and has further modifications to the combined titanium and aluminum levels to ensure optimum high temperature properties. Alloy 800 Both End Threaded Nipple has been widely used for its strength at high temperatures and its ability to resist oxidation, carburization, and other types of high – temperature corrosion. Alloy 800H Concentric Swaged Nipple is also used in valves, fittings and other machineries exposed to corrosive attack from 1100 Degree F – 1800 Degree F.

Alloy 800HT Eccentric Swaged Nipple is resistant to high temperature corrosion and readily machined by standard methods. Alloy 800 Hexagon Nipple is a combination of nickel and chromium alloy that has excellent tensile strength and resistance to oxidation as well as carburization properties.

The chemical composition of the two alloys are identical to Incoloy 800 Nipple (UNS N08800), with the exception of the higher level of carbon present in both grades — (0.05 % – 0.10 %) in Incoloy 800H Nipple, and (0.06 % – 0.10 %) in Incoloy 800HT Nipple.
