Incoloy 925 Tube Fittings is ideally suited to down – hole and surface gas well components such as valves, hangers, nipples, tool joints, fasteners and packers. Soft die materials such as zinc alloys and bronze in Incoloy 925 Compression Fittings are used to produce good finishing and avoid galling problems.

The precipitation – hardening (age – hardening) heat treatment in Incoloy 925 Female Connector Fittings causes precipitation of gamma prime phase, Ni3 (Al, Ti), where the phase greatly increases both the hardness and strength of the alloy. The metallurgical composition of Incoloy 925 Ferrule Fittings makes them outstandingly resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting. The resistance of Incoloy 925 Double Ferrule Fittings is developed by the precipitation of the gamma phase through solubilization and aging heat treatment, so as to maintain ductility and toughness at high levels.

In fact, the work hardening rate of Inconel 330 Tube Fittings is similar to that of stainless steel 305. Inconel 330 Compression Fittings performs well under cyclic conditions of heating and cooling and in alternate carburizing and oxidizing atmospheres. Due to its relatively high strength and work hardening rate, Inconel 330 Female Connector Fittings is more difficult to cold form than standard 18 – 8 stainless steels.

In general, nickel alloys except alloy 600 outperform Ra 330 Female Connector Fittings in creep strength, which are further often encountered in extreme environments. SS 330 Female Connector Fittings is often used in Off – Shore Oil Drilling Companies, Petrochemicals, Power Generation and more. Carburization and oxidation resistance of Ra 330 Tube Fittings to 2100 Degree F (1148 Degree C) are enhanced by a nominal 1.25 % silicon addition.

Incoloy 825 Compression Tube Fittings has excellent resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids and resists inter – granular corrosion in the as – welded condition. The commonly used welding methods work well with Incoloy 825 Female Connector Fittings, where matching alloy filler metal should be used. Incoloy 825 Ferrule Fittings should not be used at temperatures where creep – rupture properties are design factors. All hot working and cold working practices for SMO 254 Female Connector Fittings can be utilized when shaping this alloy.

Hot working temperatures should be between 1200 Degree F and 2250 Degree F in SMO 254 Ferrule Fittings, with heavy forming to be performed at temperatures above 1600 Degree F. Annealing of SMO 254 Double Ferrule Fittings should be performed at a temperature between 1300 Degree F and 1600 Degree F. Care should be taken when choosing the anneal temperature and time at temperature for this can greatly influence the mechanical properties and structure of Alloy 254 Female Connector Fittings.
