Meanwhile, these Alloy C276 Plates are also being offered in customized sizes and shapes to our customers.
Temperature solution of these Alloy C276 Coils can be heat treated up to 1800 Degree F (982 Degree C), 1 hour, oil quenched, aged 1325 Degree F (718 Degree C), 16 hours, and then air cooled. In the solution treated condition, Alloy C276 Slating Coils can be satisfactorily cold drawn and formed. It is somewhat stiffer than stainless steels such as SS 316 and SS 310, and it work hardens rapidly. These Alloy C276 Perforated Coils has uniform corrosion resistance and provides great high – temperature oxidation resistance as well.

With a nickel content of 34 percent to 37 percent, Ra 330 Plates remains highly resistant to both chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement from the precipitation of sigma phase.
Slow speeds, positive feeds, sulphureted lubricants and rigid mounts are generally recommended for Ra 330 Coils. Due to controlled chemistry and proprietary heat treatment, Incoloy 330 Slating Coils outperforms the generic versions. Heavy duty machining machinery and tooling must be used in these Incoloy 825 Slating Coils to minimalize chatter or work – toughening of the alloy ahead of the cutting. The levels of copper and molybdenum enable our Incoloy 825 Perforated Coils to resist reducing acids and agents. Chemical configuration of these Alloy 825 Plates offer great resistance to several corrosive atmospheres, such as crevice corrosion, pitting, stress – corrosion cracking and inter – granular corrosion. Alloy 825 Coils is used in good temperatures for about 1020 Degree F. Meanwhile, Alloy 825 Slating Coils are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers. These Alloy 825 Perforated Coils has good mechanical properties from moderate to high temperatures, where conventional machining techniques used for iron based alloys may be used. Incoloy UNS N08825 Sheets is especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, which further has good mechanical performance in both room temperature and up to 550 Degree C. These Incoloy 825 Sheets is stabilized annealed at the mill to resist inter – granular corrosion as – welded, where tooling should be such as to allow for liberal clearances and radii.
