Hot working on our ASTM B622 Nickel-Cobalt Alloy Seamless Pipes needs to be carried out by choosing proper temperatures.

Typical temperatures of these ASME SB 622 Nickel-Cobalt Alloy Seamless Tubes for hot working are between the ranges of 648 Degree C – 1176 Degree C (1200 Degree F – 2150 Degree F). The alpha precipitate phase of these ASTM B622 Tubes as well presents risk of embrittlement in the range of 660 Degree F and 1020 Degree F (350 Degree C / 550 Degree C).
